This site is dedicated to the memory of Gianni Tiramani.

London cabbie, a father, husband, brother and son, who passed before his time after a 6 month struggle with pancreatic cancer. A member of the Italian Community of London, he moved to London in the 1970s, and later became a Licensed London Taxi driver which he did with care for over 20 years. He liked London but sometimes craved the silence and greenery of the countryside. In recent years he worked and grew things on his allotment which he loved dearly. His last few days were made easier with the help of the staff of St. Joseph's Hospice for which the family is very grateful. We would like any donations to go to St Joseph's Hospice or Macmillan Cancer Support, in memory of Gianni. If you would like to make a donation, please click the donate link.
